Returns and exchange policy
We hope that you absolutely love our products.
Exchanges or store credits can be given within 14 days of receipt of
your order. Products must be returned unopened and unused and in their
original packaging.
If you would like to return an item for an exchange or store credit,
please call us or send us an e-mail first to acquire a product return
confirmation number. We will not accept any returns without a
confirmation number.
Allergic reactions with our products are highly unlikely but they still
may occur in some instances. If you’ve had an allergic reaction to our
product we will issue a refund (you can also have a store credit if your
prefer so). Since allergic reactions are immediate, you will need to
contact us within 7 days from receipt of shipment and send back the
product within next 7 days. The product return confirmation number will
need to be included in your shipment in order to process your request.
Refund request will not be honoured if you have tried a sample of the
same product previously.
Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

when shopping at our store will be confidential and is used to provide
you with more security and better service.
All credit card and personal information you provide will be protected
through PayPal and according to their strict privacy policy.
